Q: How do I schedule repair work?

Q: How much will it cost to fix my equipment?
A:
We charge a flat $150 per hour to fix/maintain your equipment. Mileage charges are a standard $3 per mile (to and from) your location. An estimate can be provided upon request. Please keep in mind that worn or damaged parts which are not evident on first inspection may be discovered. These additional parts / labor will affect the final price of your repair work.

Q: Do you charge extra for emergency repair work?
A: Our standard price is for repair work scheduled at least 3 days ahead of time. However, if you do need same-day, weekend, or holiday service we offer emergency repair work. We charge $250/hr for this type of service.

Q: How can I pay?
A:
Your balance can be paid in cash, check, debit, or credit card. If you are using a credit card for any payments to A.L. Boeck & Co. then please fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to: (830) 537-4752 -OR- email it to alboeckco@gmail.com

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Others accepted upon approval.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: If you are a new customer, a 25% deposit is required for all repair work. You can pay your deposit using a debit or credit card.

Privacy Policy:
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

Refund Policy:
We do not bill our customers until the work has been completed, therefor, no refunds will be issued.
